Exodus Housing Partnership

Aeon is partnering with neighboring faith communities to transform Saint Olaf’s Exodus Residence in downtown Minneapolis to bring 72 units of affordable housing to our community.

The project has successfully transitioned from its early planning phase and is close to securing the remaining financing to support this housing rehabilitation. The renovated units will offer subsidized rents to provide safe, dignified housing to individuals with low incomes.

Nonprofit developers like Aeon work with its partners and communities to help raise philanthropic dollars to make low-rent housing possible. Project financing is set to close Mid 2025, followed by 12 months of construction. Our remaining goal for this project is $2 million.
